February 8th, 2012 by Heather Westenhofer
Many Slow Foodies are involved in the Transition movement and it is coming to more and more cities in Orange County. Active Transition communities are already at work in Laguna Beach and Aliso Viejo, with Irvine coming next. Here is info for those in the Irvine area:

Transition Irvine is becoming an official Transition Town Community. Please join this promising movement. Transition Towns are spreading across the globe as communities work together to develop practical alternatives to fuel-based economies.
